Credits are attached to the experience described at checkout. Future experiences may use different credit packs, durations, prices, questions, or participant flows.

Payment
Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. The price, currency, credit quantity, and relevant cancellation policy are shown before checkout.
Gifts
Gift purchases create a private invitation link for another adult. The recipient can redeem the invitation and use the credits for the intended experience.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a purchase within 14 days if no credit from that purchase has been used. This same rule applies to gifts. Once at least one credit from the purchase has been used, the purchase cannot be refunded.
Records
We may retain invoice, payment, refund, credit ledger, and audit records as required for accounting, security, legal, and customer support purposes.
