This page explains how Withme.talk collects, uses, protects, and deletes personal data across its experiences.
We may collect adult account details, sign-in information, payment and credit records, participant profile details, experience setup answers, conversation content, recap data, consent choices, email delivery records, and technical logs. Some experiences are designed for children with adult supervision, while other experiences may be adult-only.
We use data to provide the selected experience, personalize the conversation, process payments and gifts, send transactional emails, prepare summaries, support safety checks, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal, accounting, security, and refund obligations.
For child-facing experiences, the adult account holder creates and manages the child profile and remains responsible for supervision. Other experiences may ask different questions, involve adult participants, or use different preparation and recap flows.
You may delete conversation content where the product allows it. We may keep limited placeholder records linked to credit usage, invoices, refunds, feedback, safety, audit, accounting, or legal obligations.
You can update account settings, language, timezone, family profiles, marketing choices, and experience data where available. Contact us for privacy requests related to access, correction, deletion, or objection.
