A purchase cannot be cancelled once at least one credit from that purchase has already been used.
Gift purchases
Gift purchases follow the same rule. Redemption alone does not change the rule; use of at least one gifted credit does.
How to request cancellation
When available, use the Cancel purchase button in the credit history. If the button is disabled, the page explains why the purchase is no longer refundable.
